Responsibilities
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair customer vehicles efficiently and accurately
- Perform work according to manufacturer and dealership standards
- Complete repairs as outlined on repair orders
- Conduct inspections and identify additional service opportunities
- Road test vehicles as necessary to verify repairs
- Properly document all repairs, diagnostics, and procedures performed
- Maintain a safe and organized work area
- Participate in training and certification programs to continue developing your skills
Qualifications
- Previous automotive technician experience required
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities preferred
- ASE certifications are a plus
- Manufacturer certifications are a plus but not required
- OEM experience from any major manufacturer considered
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Personal set of technician tools
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-first mindset
