Putnam Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Kia is currently seeking a dealership experienced Office Manager to join our team.

We also invite dealership experienced automotive accounting professionals who wants to move their career to the next level to apply.

We have a unique situation where our current office manager will be stepping back from daily operations but will be there for training and direct support for the transition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare complete and accurate monthly financial statements within manufacturers guidelines
• Analyze and reconcile all schedules weekly and monthly.
• Monitor expenses, cash flow and accounting operations for efficiency across departments.
• Process weekly payroll for the dealership.
• Hire, supervise and continuously train office staff.
• Prepare and file all required tax returns within strict deadlines
• Assist with annual reviews and audits.
