Job Description

• Sales Representatives follow up with potential customers that request information via the internet.
• Follow up with prospective customers and return email / phone calls
• Spend time with customers to determine their needs and discuss vehicle options
• Commit to becoming an auto sales expert and gain in-depth knowledge of GMC vehicles and technology
• Demonstrate vehicles to show industry leading features
• Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate must have a strong desire to succeed and help people. Our automotive sales representatives come from a variety of backgrounds and industries. You don’t have to have automotive sales experience to be successful, but you should have experience providing exceptional customer service and previous sales experience.

• Sales experience is a must
• Competitive attitude and a passion for customer service desired
• Must have excellent grammar and writing skills
• Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., you like people)
• Ability to learn and utilize software.
• Must hold a valid U.S. driver's license and have a good driving record
